15 апреля 2025 года в Нью-Дели делегация Национального объединения строителей (НОСТРОЙ) провела переговоры с генеральным секретарем Торгово-промышленной палаты Индии (Knowledge Chamber of Commerce & Industry) Бхаратом Пателем (Bharat Patel) и заместителем директора Центра социально-консервативной политики Индии Мехулем П. Равалем (Mehul P. Raval).
Российскую сторону представляли вице-президент НОСТРОЙ Антон Мороз, член Совета НОСТРОЙ, председатель Комитета по промышленному строительству НОСТРОЙ, президент СРО «Строители Ульяновска» Вячеслав Шаляхин, заместитель председателя Комитета НОСТРОЙ по инженерной инфраструктуре Александр Комиссаров, генеральный директор Ассоциации «Саратовские строители» Виталий Рицкий, коммерческий директор ООО «ОК» Сибшахтострой» Никита Варфоломеев, президент Общероссийского межотраслевого объединения работодателей «Ассоциация «Безопасность и качество» Александр Халимовский, Президент Ассоциации «Национальное Объединение Изыскателей» (НОИ) Сергей Афанасьев.
On April 15, 2025, in New Delhi, the delegation of the National Association of Builders (NOSTROY) held talks with Bharat Patel, Secretary General of the Knowledge Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Mehul P. Raval, Deputy Director of the Center for Social and Conservative Politics of India.
The Russian side was represented by Anton Moroz, Vice-President of NOSTROY, Vyacheslav Shalyakhin, Member of the NOSTROY Council, Chairman of the NOSTROY Industrial Construction Committee, President of the SRO Ulyanovsk Builders, Alexander Komissarov, Deputy Chairman of the NOSTROY Committee on Engineering Infrastructure, Vitaly Ritsky, General Director of the Saratov Builders Association, Nikita Varfolomeev, Commercial Director of OK Sibshakhtostroy LLC, and President of the All-Russian Intersectoral Association of employers «Association «Safety and Quality» Alexander Khalimovsky, President of the Association «National Association of Surveyors» (NII) Sergey Afanasyev.
Антон Мороз кратко рассказал представителям индийской стороны о деятельности Национального объединения строителей, структуре и функциях Ассоциации, после чего участники перешли к обсуждению двух основных вопросов: трудовой миграции и производства строительных материалов на территории России.
Стороны детально обсудили организацию поставки трудовой рабочей силы в Россию для исполнения российскими предприятиями государственных программ, в том числе нацпроекта «Инфраструктура для жизни», требования к таким специалистам, их количественный и профессиональный состав, заработную плату и обеспечение социальным пакетом, а также участие НОСТРОЙ в оценке квалификации иностранных работников и определении их возможности осуществлять ту или иную строительную деятельность на территории Российской Федерации.
Anton Moroz briefly told the representatives of the Indian side about the activities of the National Association of Builders, the structure and functions of the Association, after which the participants proceeded to discuss two main issues: labor migration and the production of building materials in Russia.
The parties discussed in detail the organization of the supply of labor to Russia for the implementation of state programs by Russian enterprises, including the national project «Infrastructure for Life», the requirements for such specialists, their quantitative and professional composition, wages and social packages, as well as the participation of NOSTROY in assessing the qualifications of foreign workers and determining their ability to carry out certain construction activities in the territory of the Russian Federation
