29 сентября с.г. на площадке Центра социально-консервативной политики (ЦСКП) прошла встреча с индийской делегацией, представлявшей Гуджарат — один из ведущих штатов страны по уровню и разнообразию промышленного производства, сельского хозяйства, энергетики, транспорта, туризма. Руководитель делегации Пареш Десаи — вице-президент Всеиндийского Панчаят Паришад (система органов местного самоуправления), а также Президент Панчаят Паришад Гуджарат-Прадеш, известный предприниматель, выступил с содержательным сообщением о важности диалога между нашими странами, возможностях торгово-экономического и иных видов сотрудничества, а также представил индийских участников встречи.
Основная часть индийской группы — представители строительной отрасли Гуджарата и смежных отраслей. Это неслучайно, так как за несколько дней до встречи в ЦСКП делегация приняла участие в работе XVI Всероссийской конференции «Российский строительный комплекс», завершившей свою работу 26 сентября в Санкт-Петербурге.
ЦСКП как соорганизатор поездки делегации в Россию организовал встречу с тем, чтобы обсудить перспективы развития российско-индийского взаимодействия на межрегиональном уровне в части, касающейся обмена опытом деятельности институтов местного самоуправления, а также развития сотрудничества в области образования, культурных и молодежных обменов, двустороннего туризма, взаимовыгодного сотрудничества в экономической, в частности, строительной сфере.
С приветственным словом выступила Главный советник департамента, курирующего российско-индийские отношения МИД России Н.М.Мгеладзе, Генеральный директор ЦСКП Л.В.Шувалова, член совета по финансово-промышленной и инвестиционной политике ТПП России Е.Г.Галибина, глава московского представительства «Международной организации развития БРИКС» В.Я.Романцев, руководитель «BRICS GLOBAL» Джафер Хусейн Мохамедхусейн, представители руководства отечественных торгово-производственных, логистических, оптово-распределительных компаний, в основном, связанных со сферой строительства. Деловую часть встречи вели и сопровождали соответствующими комментариями Заместитель директора ЦСКП по международному сотрудничеству, Директор временного офиса ЦСКП в Гуджарате А.В.Евтух и Заместитель директора временного офиса ЦСКП Мехул Равал.
Было отмечено, что исторически сложившиеся российско-индийские отношения играют огромную роль в нынешний период формирования мультиполярной архитектуры международных отношений, в выстраивании и укреплении отношений между странами в формате стран Глобального Юга и развитии соответствующих институтов, в первую очередь, БРИКС. Особо выделили роль общественной дипломатии в деле сближения народов заинтересованных стран и ее влиянии на формирование международной повестки по линии гражданского общества, включая вопросы безопасности, солидарного развития, социальной политики, экологии, науки и культуры.
Во второй части встречи прошла серия переговоров между потенциальными партнерами в двустороннем формате, касавшихся непосредственно деловой сферы.
В завершение участники мероприятия выразили общее мнение о том, что прошедшая встреча открывает новые возможности сотрудничества со штатом Гуджарат по целому перечню перспективных направлений и наполнит дополнительным содержанием углубляющееся в последние годы стратегическое партнерство России и Индии.
On September 29, the Center for Social and Conservative Politics hosted a meeting with an Indian delegation representing Gujarat, one of the leading states of the country in terms of the level and diversity of industrial production, agriculture, energy, transport, and tourism. The head of the delegation, Paresh Desai, Vice-President of the All-India Panchayat Parishad (system of local governments), as well as the President of the Panchayat Parishad Gujarat Pradesh, a well-known entrepreneur, made a meaningful report on the importance of dialogue between our countries, the possibilities of trade, economic and other types of cooperation, and also introduced the Indian participants of the meeting.
The main part of the Indian group is representatives of the construction industry of Gujarat and related industries. This is no coincidence, since a few days before the meeting at the CSCP, the delegation took part in the XVI All-Russian Conference «Russian Construction Complex», held on September 26 in St. Petersburg.
As a co-organizer of the delegation’s visit to Russia, CSCP organized a meeting to discuss the prospects for the development of Russian-Indian cooperation at the interregional level in terms of the exchange of experience in the activities of local self-government institutions, as well as the development of cooperation in the field of education, cultural and youth exchanges, bilateral tourism, mutually beneficial cooperation in the economic, in particular, construction sphere.
Welcoming remarks were made by Chief Adviser to the Department in charge of Russian-Indian Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Nana Mgeladze, Director General of CSCPLyudmila Shuvalova, Member of the Council for Financial, Industrial and Investment Policy of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Yelena Galibina, Head of the Moscow Representative Office of the BRICS Development Organization Vladimir Romantsev, and Head of BRICS GLOBAL Jafer Hussain Mohamedhussein, representatives of the management of domestic trade and production, logistics, wholesale and distribution companies, mainly related to the construction sector. The business part of the meeting was chaired and accompanied by relevant comments by the Deputy Director of the CSCP for International Cooperation, Director of the CSCP Temporary Office in Gujarat A.V. Evtukh and the Deputy Director of the CSCP Temporary Office Mehul Raval.
It was noted that the historically established Russian-Indian relations play a huge role in the current period of the formation of a multipolar architecture of international relations, in building and strengthening relations between countries of the Global South and the development of relevant institutions, primarily BRICS. We emphasized the role of public diplomacy in bringing together the peoples of interested countries and its impact on the formation of the international agenda through the civil society, including issues of security, solidarity development, social policy, ecology, science and culture.
In the second part of the meeting, a series of negotiations were held between potential partners in a bilateral format, directly related to the business sphere.
In conclusion, the participants of the event expressed a common opinion that the meeting opens up new opportunities for cooperation with the state of Gujarat in a whole range of promising areas and will fill with additional content the strategic partnership between Russia and India, which has been deepening in recent years.
