Центр социально-консервативной политики и Федерация независимых профсоюзов России 22 апреля заключили соглашение о сотрудничестве. Предметом Соглашения стало взаимодействие сторон, направленное на создание условий свободного развития человека, обеспечение и защиту его чести и достоинства, социально-трудовых прав, содействия развитию институтов социального партнёрства, формирование и реализацию государственной политики социальной направленности. Подписание соглашения состоялось в присутствии Президента ФНПР Михаила Шмакова, членов Исполнительного комитета Федерации.
On April 22, the Center for Social and Conservative Politics (CSCP) and the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR) signed a cooperation agreement. The subject of the agreement was the interaction of the parties aimed at creating conditions for the free development of a person, ensuring and protecting his honor and dignity, social and labor rights, promoting the development of social partnership institutions, the formation and implementation of the state policy of social orientation President of the FNPR Mikhail Shmakov, members of the Executive Committee of the Federation.
ЦСКП и ФНПР имеют опыт многолетнего плодотворного сотрудничества. Оно началось в 2005 году, с совместной работы по антикризисному сопровождению реализации Федерального закона № 122-ФЗ, так называемого закона о «монитезации льгот», с выработки базовых ценностей российского общества.
Сегодня сотрудничество ФНПР и ЦСКП выходит на новый этап. Оно складывается исходя из схожести оценки вызовов и возможностей будущего развития страны, из общности интересов, прежде всего, в социальной сфере, а также из определения перспективных направлений развития.
CSCP and FNPR have experience of many years of fruitful cooperation. It began in 2005, with joint work on anti-crisis support for the implementation of Federal Law No. 122-FZ, the so-called law on the «monitization of benefits», with the development of the basic values of Russian society.
Today, cooperation between the FNPR and the Center for Strategic Planning is entering a new stage. It is formed on the basis of the similarity of the assessment of the challenges and opportunities for the future development of the country, on the commonality of interests, primarily in the social sphere, as well as on the identification of promising areas of development.
Председатель ФНПР Сергей Черногаев подчеркнул важность взаимодействия общественных структур, защищающих интересы человека труда и ведущих экспертных и коммуникационных площадок. «Объединяя наши знания, ресурсы и опыт, мы сможем выработать новые решения для актуальных вызовов, стоящих перед российским обществом и трудовым коллективом», — отметил Председатель ФНПР. По его словам, такая деятельность позволит внести вклад в формирование идеологической и социальной повестки, отвечающей интересам большинства граждан.
Генеральный директор ЦСКП Людмила Шувалова обратила внимание на то, что «развитие сотрудничества между ЦСКП и ФНПР на новом этапе будет содействовать достижению определенных Президентом России национальных целей, выработке современных механизмов обеспечения устойчивости и развития социально-экономической сферы, духовному и культурному развитию личности, представлению интересов человека труда в условиях трансформации экономики и мирового порядка».
Chairman of the FNPR Sergey Chernogaev stressed the importance of interaction between public structures that protect the interests of the working man and leading expert and communication platforms. «By combining our knowledge, resources and experience, we will be able to develop new solutions to the current challenges facing Russian society and the workforce,» said the Chairman of the FNPR. According to him, such activities will contribute to the formation of an ideological and social agenda that meets the interests of the majority of citizens.
Lyudmila Shuvalova, General Director of the CSCP, drew attention to the fact that «the development of cooperation between the CSPC and the FNPR at the new stage will contribute to the achievement of the national goals defined by the President of Russia, the development of modern mechanisms for ensuring the sustainability and development of the socio-economic sphere, the spiritual and cultural development of the individual, the representation of the interests of the working person in the context of the transformation of the economy and the world order.»
На новом этапе сотрудничества предстоит решить ряд задач внутрироссийской и международной направленности. В их числе: выработка позиций преодоления рисков конфликтности в обществе, проблем миграции, адаптации работников, возвращающихся на рабочие места, создания новых возможностей для профессиональной реализации.
В международной сфере сотрудничество должно стать фактором успешного взаимодействия в развитии отношений России и дружественных стран Азиатско-Тихоокеанского Региона и стран Глобального Юга.
Особое значение для развития международных связей приобретает профессиональный туризм, где работники и работодатели могут обменяться опытом, пообщаться на профессиональные темы, узнать условия труда и карьерного роста.
В целях реализации Соглашения достигнута договоренность в ближайшее время на площадке ЦСКП обсудить перспективный план совместной деятельности.
At the new stage of cooperation, a number of domestic and international tasks will have to be solved. Among them: the development of positions for overcoming the risks of conflict in society, migration problems, adaptation of workers returning to work, and the creation of new opportunities for professional fulfillment.
In the international sphere, cooperation should become a factor in successful interaction in the development of relations between Russia and friendly countries of the Asia-Pacific Region and the countries of the Global South.
Professional tourism is of particular importance for the development of international relations, where employees and employers can exchange experience, communicate on professional topics, learn about working conditions and career growth.
In order to implement the Agreement, an agreement was reached to discuss a long-term plan of joint activities in the near future at the CSCP site.
